This website is a catalogue. It does not take payment and there is no checkout. Everything shown here is an invitation to start a conversation, not an offer capable of immediate acceptance.
How an order is made
An order is agreed in conversation with us, normally on WhatsApp. We confirm what you are ordering, the total cost including delivery, and the timeline before you pay anything.
An order is accepted by us when we confirm it to you in writing. Until then, nothing is binding on either of us.
Prices and payment
Prices shown on this website are in Nigerian naira and are correct at the time of publishing. Where a range is shown, the final price depends on the specification you choose and is confirmed before you pay.
A deposit is required before an order is processed.
International payment options depend on your location and are agreed with you during the WhatsApp consultation.

Every unit shown on this website is available at the time of publishing. Stock changes, so we confirm availability with you when you enquire.
Delivery
Delivery arrangements, costs and timelines are set out on our delivery page and confirmed with you before payment. Risk in the goods passes to you on delivery.
Revamping services
Before any revamping work begins we assess your unit from the photographs you send and tell you what can be done, what it will cost, and where we would advise against the work.
No work starts, and no payment is due, until you have agreed to proceed. We cannot guarantee a particular result for a unit whose condition we have not seen in person.

Intellectual property
The Kinkie's Place name, logo, photography and written content on this website belong to Kinkie's Place or are used with permission. Please do not reproduce them without asking.
Our responsibility to you
We take care over everything we sell and every unit we revamp. Nothing in these terms limits any right you have under the law that cannot be limited.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria.
